FranceThe staff were super helpful, I had to change to a bigger room for personal reasons, they did their best to help me out. The location is good, walkable distance to metro station. It’s very close to a laundry shop, which is good for people who stay for more days. The double room is nice! Also, very close to many shops, banks, restaurants, and a mall. Highly recommended.

United StatesIt was fun to stay somewhere so stylish -- I really enjoyed having breakfast in the beautiful restaurant and walking down the hallways admiring the little artistic touches. My room was one that could accommodate a wheelchair, so it was huge and the bathroom was separated by only a curtain. It was fine -- I wouldn't have minded a smaller room either. The lobby smells nice.

Good location and right on yellow line subway. Close to a small night market. I can speak Chinese,so no communication problem. But, not sure if someone who can’t speak will be. It does have cockroaches.
