SingaporeHotel staff were very friendly and helpful especially John Jiang (I hope i got his name correctly). A few times before we left the hotel to explore the city, he was there to give us advice and answered all our queries. The breakfast was very good too. Very value for money and we enjoyed our stay there. Will return to this hotel if we ever visit Tainan again. Location is about 15 mins walk from the train station.

CanadaThe hotel is so lovely! The room was spacious, the bed big and comfy. AC worked great. The bathroom was clean and had everything you might need. Included breakfast was tasty and they give you 4 options to choose from as you're ordering a day before. The staff speaks English very well and are very friendly.
The place is close to a street full of shops, unending temples, so many tasty restaurants, walking distance away from museums and a UBike station.
