It is like an oasis and very tree lush. It is quiet and gives you a sense of peace and relaxation. The breakfast is really good and the bar area has a big tv for watching sports. It has a good vibe to it.

The staff were very welcoming, polite, and helpful. The lodge was cozy, well-organized, and beautifully decorated, with a very clean pool. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The meals were generous in portion and absolutely delicious.

At night, scary commute to the property. Be calm! It's worth it! My dear Edward, my dear Edward! There was something very special about our stay at the Safari House. During our stay, we were the only guests. As a result, we had the entire property to ourselves. During this portion of my trip we stayed at other hotels throughout our 18-day vacation. During our travels, Safari House was the best accommodation and experience we had. Edward greeted us upon our arrival at midnight. We were treated with kindness throughout the check-in process, Edward recognized we were tired and suggested we rest and that he would cover things after we rested. Any time we opened our door during our stay, Edward appeared. The experience was like having our own personal staff member. A significant role was played by the other house staff during our stay. Although we were the only ones there, the cooks and cleaners were amazing and consistently provided amazing service. I enjoyed the food a lot. Breakfast, fresh fruit, and fruit juices. The dinners were perfectly curated. From the fish to the pork and the beef. Everything was prepared to perfection. During our stay, I was sick with the flu. It was Edward who prepared me the best ginger tea to help clear up the congestion for me. This may also be one of the reasons they kept tea stocked in our room. I was indeed sick, as Edward realized. The final experience that was worth it was the horseback safari. It was such a once-in-a-lifetime experience. As we went during the rainy season, everything was lush, vibrant, and green. Unlike anything we've seen before, it was a different color. These city girls were blown away! Well-kept grounds. So glad to have met the owner. We were so pleased to share with her directly the experience we had while there and to give "flowers" to the amazing team members she has. This is the place to stay if you are ever in Usa River, Mt. Kilimanjaro area.

I love this place. It's well kept and maintained, modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff is exceptional. The bar and pool area are wonderful. It's inside a safe gated courtyard. I can't recommend it highly enough.
