I recently spent four nights at Aves Executive Hotel in Arusha, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience from start to finish. This hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay, whether you're in town for business or leisure. The hotel is conveniently located in Arusha, providing easy access to key attractions and amenities. It's a perfect base for exploring the city and the surrounding areas, including safaris and the beautiful landscapes of Tanzania. The rooms at Aves Executive Hotel are spacious, clean, and well-appointed. My room had a comfortable bed, modern furnishings, and all the necessary amenities like a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The room was kept impeccably clean throughout my stay, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. The service at this hotel is top-notch. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They were always ready to assist with any request, whether it was, providing local information, or ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The customer service here is truly exceptional.

We loved our stay at Sanna Boutique Hotel. The room was incredibly spacious, and the water flow in the shower was strong and warm, perfect to relax after the safari. We were so impressed by how helpful the staff was and how delicious and varied the breakfast was. The location is right in the middle of the city, just a short walk to the Clock Tower and its many stores.

I love the personalized service of The Green Mountain and Greenside Hotel properties! As a frequent visitor to their hotels, they upgraded me to a nicer room. Also, I needed to visit a hair salon, and they took care of all the arrangements for that, including escorting me to the salon and making sure they had a functional generator since the power was out in the city. This type of customer service is what keeps me coming back. The management and staff are exceptional! Also, as a vegan, I appreciated the fresh and homemade veggie burger. it was delicious!

The Tulia Retreat Hotel and Spa is truly a retreat. We stayed two nights--late afternoon and evening after a five day, four night safari--and the next night after touring the Arusha Natural History Museum and Masai Market. That gave us plenty of time to relax in the beautiful pool and gardens and enjoy the hospitality at this oasis. We had all of our meals during our stay at the hotel. Delicious food. Gracious and friendly service. For example, we asked the desk to call us a taxi. They apparently were unable to source one within a couple of minutes, so the day manager drove us into town himself. We took a motorcycle rickshaw back from the market which was an adventure.

    My stay at the Arusha Serena Resort was truly unforgettable. What I loved most was the serene atmosphere and breathtaking scenery that surrounded me. Taking a leisurely walk around Lake Duluti, listening to the sweet melodies of the birds, and enjoying the warm hospitality of the friendly staff made my experience truly special. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and needs were met. However, I did encounter a minor issue with a water leak in my bathroom, which I hope the management will address to maintain the high standards of the resort. Overall, my stay at the Arusha Serena Resort was wonderful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and memorable getaway.

    This is a beautiful property with lodging in individual huts, that provide plenty of room. The rooms are nicely decorated. The grounds are beautiful. - full of flowers and manicured grass. Nice to wake up to the singing or birds. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. I also had two evening meals. The service was outstanding, as was the options for dinner. Everything was well prepared. Our party was late getting to the property, but I called and advised them to which they replied no problem. They held the dining room open for us around 9:30 pm. I highly recommend this property while staying in the Arusha area.
