It was unforgettable! Everything was so unexpected perfect, that I can’t describe in words. First of all hospitality - it was amazing, the management and owners of the hotel, the hotel’s staff - all those people made our stay in Zanzibar so lovely. Second thing - clean and tidy, towels are absolutely white, the bungalow was nicely organized and clean! My wife was in love with design. The territory is awesome, beautiful garden, so relaxing place. Location is very close to the Nungwi beach(5 minutes by walk), around you can find small supermarket, pharmacy, a lot of souvenir shops. And the food, couple of times we stayed for a launch and dinner, it’s was so so delicious! We kindly recommend this place to everyone! And we just dreaming to come back!

Elena and her team ( Naser & Omar ) was very friendly, kind and helpfull. I enjoyed the morning time with the local fruites and Elena’s delicious home made cakes. they will organise your trips and tours during your stay if you ask and they are really professional in it. its a recommanded place for both solo and couples travelers.

    Truly enjoyed the pristine beach and the laid back nature of the place. Totally enjoyed several meals at Fish Restaurant which were absolutely delicious. I tried Kingfish, Changu, Perch, White Snapper, Prawns etc. The seafood was phenomenal. We also enjoyed seeing the turtles and the artwork at several curio shops. Also enjoyed an early morning boat ride seeing the dolphins. I can't believe how fast time went by. Looking forward to visiting Zanzibar again.

    Omg there is so much to do in Nungwi, when you have the right agent to take you around the sceneries , the people , all was worth it . Nungwi is just what you hear and see in pictures there is no exaggerations.

    It is the farthest tip of the island...about 1:20 taxi drive. Next time, I would stay on the blower east side where there are villages and hotels. But for first time Nungwi was lively offering many activities.

    The staff are exceptional.

    The staff are exceptional. They are intentional about hospitality, constantly checking if everything is okay and responding instantly to any requests I had. Honestly, just for the staff alone, it’s worth a visit. Their smiles are so welcoming, especially combined with the lovely garden space.

    The resort was amazing and looked after to perfection.

    The resort was amazing and looked after to perfection. Nothing was to much trouble and absolutely everything was provided for. The beach was very safe and clean and the ocean clear and warm. Plenty of water sport activities to choose from and of course security around but not over facing. Perfection. The romantic dinner on the last evening was stunning, but all of the restaurants were excellent with great choices.

    It’s about an hour and a half to 2 hours from the airport.

    It’s about an hour and a half to 2 hours from the airport. The beach was nice, smooth white sand, and nice clear water. The sellers on the beach are overly pushy and never leave you alone, and they just keep coming. One leaves the next comes. Some nice places to eat by the beach with beautiful sunsets.

    The hotel facilities was very nice. The hotel has «soul» its not just a new building with a swimming pool. Nicely built in the terrain, multiple levels, small bungalows, garden, beach. The staff was very service minded. We stayed at other hotels in Zanzibar that did not have the same feeling. Felt very personal service. Good service by the pool as well. No plastic bottles, complimentary water dispenser.

    The hotel is still new, so in need of a few small improvements — but this is more than made up for by the staff (Ali and Hassan must be two of the nicest guys in Zanzibar, working round the clock to make every detail as perfect as possible) and the location (two mins walk from the beach). The food is excellent, and the price is incredible value for money. Strongly recommended!

    The hotel was incredible. The building and rooms are really nice, and everything is super clean. The food is great, and there's a good variety. The other three restaurants were really nice. The staff is also really nice. The beach in front of the hotel is gorgeous. We'd definitely recommend the hotel in Zanzibar.
