We were staying during the election and the staff took great care to let us know what was going on, to tell us when it was safe to go outside, and to make sure everyone had what they needed. Our rooms were perfectly kept each day and everyone was very friendly.

An amazing stay with wonderful staff and view of Lake Victoria. We got there at around 1 a.m., and it's amazing that we found two wonderful ladies and the chef waiting for us. They helped us to our rooms and the chef made us dinner which was ready in less 20 minutes. The rooms are quite spacious with comfortable beds. No complaints about cleanliness also.

The breakfast was really good and the location was just right in the heart of Mwanza town. The hotel has several amenities including a gym and poll as advertised. The staff were really friendly, and I might say very beautiful. The rooms were very clean and room service is top notch.
