The property is so pretty- the gardens are beautiful and it’s a quick walk to the beach. Although TianDe isn’t directly on the beach, Mariola (the owner) has a friendly relationship with a neighboring hotel that is first row, so guests can spend time there during the day. The bar and restaurant area are lovely and the food is yummy and fresh- we tried breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool is sparkling, and the staff is warm and hard-working. Our room was clean and comfortable, with A/C, tea/coffee, good shower, nice decor. Mariola and her boyfriend live on site- they are doing a fantastic job running TianDe with a lot of hard work and love. We wish them success and will recommend to TianDe to anyone traveling to Zanzibar.

From the very beginning, Wojtek waasa attentive to our needs going above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay! We have two kids 4 and 1 and also traveled with my fiance's parents and we ALL loved our rooms. The staff became more like family over our 3 days at the resort too. We walked to town in about 15 mins and was able to pick up items we needed from the supermarket. The beach was beautiful and right behind the property making for easy access to the pretty Indian Ocean. Every single meal was delicious and chef, we miss your fried rice already! Wojtek worked with me to arrange a beautiful birthday dinner by the pool for my guy and it was the perfect place for us. Hussain and his team were wonderful, our children loved the pool, and we would happily go back to Tamu Tamu when back in Pwani Mchangani!

This was by far the best property we stayed at in Zanzibar. It is right on the beach and it has everything you need for a perfect, relaxing, unforgettable vacation. The breakfast was delicious and was prepared and served at the time you requested. We absolutely loved everything about this property!!!

Our stay at Moyo was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and beautifully styled, with direct access to a stunning beach. Each morning we enjoyed delicious breakfast, always featuring a different fresh juice or smoothie, which added a lovely personal touch. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, and you also have the option to order in. One of the highlights was getting the fresh catch from local fishermen that they bring to the beach every day around 5 - 6pm. Our hosts, owner Sonia and hotel manager Daniel, were incredibly helpful and attentive, as was their entire team. They went out of their way to assist with our excursions and made sure we felt truly welcomed. I highly recommend Moyo to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat that offers both comfort and an authentic island experience.

The place is very nicely laid out and offers a true beach club experience, not too many guests and it’s comparatively small. No all inclusive crowds, no drinking. The restaurant is on the open beach side, offering fantastic views and even a pizza oven at the beach side. The manager does a fantastic job in keeping the place upgraded, installing new features such as a sun roof and shower over both pools, there are also new cottages. It’s great value for money. The restaurant team under supervisor Mr. Sajin did a fantastic job (would like to mention Mr. Nelson, Mr. Kessi, Mr. Ben, Mr. Pascal) - we come back! PS: the on-site kite surfing school is great, we didn’t have time.

    Good selection of breakfast, with different options to choose from. Both local dishes as well as well as vegetarian options on the menu. Fresh fruit and baked selection to have as well. Excellent room service in the morning and evenings to make you feel comfortable. The property has two pools as well which was perfect to take an evening dip in. The parking was a bonus as well.

    The location is great, very quiet beach and no beach boys :) Our room was amazing, very big, on the second floor with a nice sea view . Breakfast is delicious , with chapati ( a home made flat bread from Zanzibar) , nice pancakes , fruit, fresh coffee, eggs …staff really nice , I forgot something in the room during check out and my away back to collect the luggage the cleaner reminde me and gave me back :) They have beach towels , swimming pool, free parking…
