We were a family of 7 people. The location was perfectly closer to the Baha'i Temple. They have very friendly staff members who are willing and ready to help whenever there is a need. My family and I will absolutely recommend this place for both small number of guest or bigger groups.

It was my birthday and the manager was great so kind everyone’s communication is with respect when everyone knew it was my birthday ! I had an amazing stay at this 2-bedroom apartment in Bukoto. The space is modern, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, Its perfect for couples or families looking for a peaceful getaway in the city. Both bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the overall layout gave a real sense of home. The balcony offered a beautiful view, making it a great spot to relax in the morning or unwind in the evening. I was especially impressed by the fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay connected during my stay. There’s also plenty of secure parking, and the neighbourhood felt safe and quiet. Betty was professional, responsive, and made sure everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. Even the care taker Pius was really helpful during the check in, He offered to carry my bags up to the room. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Kampala — I’d definitely stay here again

I recently stayed at Aqueduct 1359 Hotel Apartments with my family, and it was honestly one of the best travel experiences we’ve had in a long time. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home—thanks to the warm hospitality and thoughtful touches throughout the property. We especially loved the quad biking through the tea plantations—a thrilling and scenic experience for all of us. The orchard tour was peaceful and refreshing, and the bonfire evenings were a cozy highlight that brought everyone together. It felt like more than just a hotel—it was a place where memories were made. The location on the quieter side of Kampala was perfect for a family trip. It gave us the space to relax while still being close enough to the city for anything we needed. A special thank you to the amazing staff: Tonny at the front desk was always kind, helpful, and welcoming, and Grace and Agnes, the housekeepers, took such good care of us. Their warm and professional service really stood out and made our stay extra comfortable. The apartments themselves were clean, spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped—ideal for families.

The place was spotless clean! Everything was perfect, the apartment is so cute and cozy but big enough and comfy too. Also the place is well furnished with a beautiful style. The location is perfect because it's very close to the main road and everything is available around it. The host was very nice, friendly and helpful too.

It's the most equipped place I have stayed in with all the amenities you can think of and especially if you like cooking, this is your place. The host Teddy was very friendly, and there's an on-call help to help you. Place is accessible and fairly quiet.
