The best hotel I stayed at in Kampala, very modern and with great service. I also love the location because it's very near most of the popular restaurants and bars, so it's very convenient to go out. However there is also noise coming from the bars, which can be tough for those with light sleep (not my case).

I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff were. They even planned a special table for my mum for her birthday, provided a cake and sang for her! The staff were super friendly and supportive. They smiled and provided help where necessary. The manager even gave us a complimentary evening meal and drinks on mum’s birthday!!! I was beyond grateful. Myself, mum and my sister had a wonderful time☺️

I had an absolutely fantastic experience. The place was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. What stood out the most was the kind and attentive staff. I was comfortable and had everything I needed. From check-in to check-out, everything ran smoothly. Very comfortable rooms. The facilities are top notch and there are many. The staff is fantastic, especially the kind people at the CoCo Pool Bar. I had a fantastic stay, and will return next time I am in Kampala.

    A very nice hotel. The location was not very central, but not too bad. You could move about the town easily. The facilities and staff were great, very accommodating. Very clean with a lot of beautiful touches.

    I was thoroughly impressed with my stay!

    I was thoroughly impressed with my stay! The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to comfort made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The route road from the main road to the hotel is not tarmac like most roads in Uganda, It didn’t bother me a lot.
