David is the best! He made me feel so comfortable and at home. He knows a lot about birds and took me around some gems in Entebbe, including a boat ride to a random island that marks the equator point. His home cooked meals are delicious and very large portions. Also, the accommodation is a very unique, eco-friendly architecture. Will miss this place a lot!

The staff was absolutely outstanding. Esther at the reception was exceptionally kind, helpful, responsive, and efficient right from the moment of booking. Benson was one of those rare drivers who waited patiently and professionally for me at the airport, even when immigration delayed my entry by more than an hour. Susan's breakfast was nothing short of superb, a delightful way to start the day. Everyone on the team greeted me with warm smiles and consistently went above and beyond expectations. The rooftop terrace is a fantastic spot to enjoy breakfast while taking in the view, adding a special touch to the experience. While the room amenities were adequate, it was the incredible staff and their unparalleled hospitality that truly made this stay memorable.
