United StatesThe day before I checked in Jackie the receptionist text me with the room number and the security code to get into the room. Never had to deal with any staff. Really like it that way and she was absolutely great. Answered all questions very thorough most amazing thing of all. They left the light on in the room for us. Thought that was great.
