SingaporeBreakfast bars and coffee was available at the reception. Cold water bottles/ cold water refill available. Location absolutely in the center of Redding. Every amenity within walking distance.
An incredible team led by Alex, manages this hotel. We had to extend our stay by 2 days as we had a road accident and lost all our bags in a theft. Kevin at the reception went home after work and got us clothes to wear, to tide us over. Heather, Lauren, Tobias & David went out of their way to support us during the 3 days we stayed at this hotel. From managing incoming calls from CHP, to David driving us to get stuff and Alex offering to drive us to the Airport when we left Redding. I have never experienced support of this level ever. The team managing this hotel is unbelievable. My wife and I would like to thank all of you for being such compassionate and supportive human beings.

United Statesthe restaurant was really good, they let us get takeout to eat in our room and it was so nice after a long day of driving. the beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. location was right off of I5 and even though it seemed to be a very popular place for travelers and locals, we didn’t hear any noise and were able to sleep peacefully. breakfast was the same- very good quality for a free breakfast buffet. my husband wants to come back to Redding just to stay here again.

Review about Gaia hotel stay. staff couldn’t find my reservation blamed Booking.com, stated they didn’t receive it. charged me 152.00 + for a room I already paid for, would not listen to me when I tried to show the communication I had received from Gaia about my reservation. They eventually found my reservation on their counter!! Loved the eclectic thrift/antique store called EZpick'nz, housed in a refurbished Quonset hut on Historic Hwy. 99 (6176 Parallel Rd.; ezpicknz.com). Jose's Diner on outskirts of town (near airport) is best bang for breakfast or lunch buck (closes at 2 PM).
