A new hotel with elegance and a warm welcome. Firstly we were greeted at the front desk by Justin who was so helpful, friendly, made us laugh and made checking in a breeze especially after a 7 hour drive. The rooms are fresh, clean, sizable. The kind bed we had was beyond comfortable with a good amount of pillows that seemed as if they were made from clouds. Great shower and storage. The smart TV is fantastic with a range of TV channels and access to youtube. The balcony was an extra brilliant touch with sights of the sea and boardwalk. Quite frankly the best part was the sound proofing, you open the balcony door and you can hear all the wonders and noises the boardwalk has to offer but as soon as you close that balcony door.... Silence. Absolute perfection. We will be staying here again. Get in now while the rate is low and before people cotton into this absolute gem.

The place is CLEAN. Both ice machines work. The staff is ready to help 24/7 even at early hours of the morning. They replenish coffee, sugar, creamer, EVERY DAY. The price is affordable. The location is 2 blocks away from the boardwalk. There is a large laundromat downstairs. Supermarket "Save a lot" provides fresh food at best prices.

We have been going to showboat every year since 2017. This year the rooms in the bourbon tower were completely renovated (I dont know about Orleans tower where we stayed last year) the lobby had very exiting activity for my grandkids. The hotel doesn't have a casino which makes safer security wise and for the kids to move without being exposed to gambling environment.

    We got around town via Uber/Lyft which was readily available. Some of AC is rundown but I guess every city has that these days. We attended a show at Ocean which was great; had dinner at Angelo's which was very good; had an excellent breakfast at Gilchrist which is on the bay water. The Showboat has lots of entertainment for families which is nice.

    It's a very nice place to visit. Love the walking on the boardwalk. Two nights was perfect for us. Loved the bars on the beach. Great music. Overall enjoyed Atlantuc City. Would recommend for anyone to visit.

    When you explore places outside of the Boardwalk, the aquarium, the outlets, and the great mom-and-pop shops and eateries, especially when you desire organic or higher-quality foods, it is a beautiful city. My wife and I will be spending many more vacation trips there.

    I enjoy the entire atmosphere, especially when compared to my October vacation to Atlantic City last year, when many businesses and restaurants were closed and there were a lot of homeless people on the boardwalk that made me feel unsafe at all.

    THEY DON'T LIKE 3RD PARTY BOOKING THEY ACTUALLY SAID THAT TO ME AT MY CHECK IN ,THEY PUT ME IN SOME VERY DIRTY RM, IN THE NORTH TOWER ON THE 8TH FLOOR ,WHEN YOU GOT OFF ELEVATOR THE VERY FIRST THING YOU SAW WAS THE MAIDS CART,THEY LEAVE THEM THERE WHEN THEY CEAN THE ROOM WHICH WASNT CLEAN AT ALL ,I ASKED FOR A KING BED WHICH I DIDN'TGET ,I RECEIVED TWO DOUBLE BEDS[ , THE LADY AT FRONT DESK TOLD ME TH AT WAS ALL SHE HAD , THE ROOM DIDN'T EVEN LOOK LIKE I BOOKED. AND I BOOKED IT 4 WEEKS BEFORE , I ASKED FOR NO SMOKING ROOM I DIDN'T GET, THEY KEPT EMAILING ME THAT THEY PLEASED THAT I CHOOSE THEM THAT WAS B.S. WHEN I CALLED MY SISTER SHE WAS FLABBERRGASTED ON MY ROOM ,SHE WAS THE FAMILY MEMBER THAT SENT ME TO CAESERS ,MIGHT I ADD SHE IS A HIGH ROLLER I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON.[ BLACK MOLD IN SHOWER ALSO]

    It's nice there is a beach and boardwalk with food and rides and games. I wouldn't go too far from hotels and resorts there are certain sections in Atlantic City, that aren't so, nice and you have to be careful and aware of your surroundings but, for the most part it's a pleasant experience for family. Enough to do for a fun-filled week including shopping at the outlets, historical visit at the museums on the end of the boardwalk plenty to see and do. Adults can have fun at the casino's and night clubs and shows!

    Very nice building, one of that "historic" hotels in AC. Location is very good, very close to boardwalk. The interior is very nicely decorated. Room are rather smaller but ok for shorter stay. Breakfast good. The bar downstairs is outstanding - serving great pub food and excellent draft beer with happy hours from 3-6.
