It was a great stay! We couldn’t get the room we wanted but we got compensation from the reception with free breakfast and snacks. We loved the handwritten note with apologies. Great hotel overall, breakfast was delicious.

Thanksgiving Day was fully staffed for breakfast. Towels were available at the desk. All staff were pleasant and helpful.

Great staff.. and very accommodating.. I checked in late and told them pls allow me to sleep till 12 cos I was very tired.. no question asked and they left me to sleep till I woke up past 12pm and left the room 1230pm. I was very tired.. for them not harassing me with phone call to check out was for me peace of mind.. especially after running around checking my daughter in the dom at UT Austin.

The room was awesome - love the balcony option. The rolling desk table was perfect for having dinner in our room. And the sheets were so soft. I also really appreciate the different choices of pillow types on the beds. Thank you! Breakfast was great. I especially liked the oatmeal bar and hot breakfast. The front desk staff was exceptionally fun and inviting.
