Great hotel in a very relaxed and quiet location, just 30 minutes from the entrance to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. The self-check-in process was very easy. The room was super clean. Although there was no A/C in the room, it wasn't an issue for our one-night stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would be happy to stay there again.

Lovely house with a fully equipped kitchen. The hosts, Ronald and Brenda, are super nice and friendly. The price was very good, compared to other options in the surrounding area. If you want to visit both Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Park, it is a perfect location to do that, the Big Stump Entrance is a half-hour drive.

Everything was perfect! After driving miles to reach this small village we found this wonderful and cozy cottage. John and Traci made us feel like at home, their welcome was amazing! Unfortunately, we spent only one night on this relaxing place! Entering in the cozy cottage there’s a beautiful living room with some lofi music in the background. There’s pure and good water to drink and a large fridge with everything needed if you miss your lunch/dinner Breakfast in the morning, is home made prepared with John’s hands. Was really good! After that there’s a bedroom and a big bathroom Bathroom is the main photo you see here, and when you arrive you’ll for sure understand the why. Is huge and fabolous! Everything was in order and extremely cleaned. Thanks again John & Traci!

It was a very well thought out deck area with a large Yurt, bathroom, table, cooking facilities, outdoor heating etc. Everything had been thought of. We were delighted, and it exceeded our expectations. Good, fast WiFi connection. Great location amongst the trees , 5 mins from Sequoia National Park. Could have happily stayed longer.

Localisation is beyong anything. The view, isolated from the rest of the world, on the top of the hill... and housing quality is really great. Loved it there. Complementary water and dressing in the fridge, lots of coffee, instant noodle, instant oats or else... kitchen and bbq well equiped, hot tub clean and functional... all was great! Only downside, this one blinder in the living room that doesnt block the light (but hey, having all other windows that actually do have legit blinder is amazing, especially as foreigner living in the US - probably the first time we stay at a place with good blinders in 4y in the US

Absolutely everything! This place is awesome! Super clean, with everything one can possibly need when staying in that area. The surroundings are beautiful, the terrace is a huge advantage, the kitchen is fully equipped, the Owner very kind and responsive when needed.

Clean well equipped cabin in quiet village. Close to Kings Canyon national park gate, though be aware it is a very narrow twisty road to get to the cabin. WiFi available, porch and bbq area outside though we didn’t use it.

Very well-equipped house with very friendly host in a very quiet but remote region. Need to drive thru' very winding country roads but scenery along the way is great. Need to prepare food, as nearest grocery store and restaurant are at least one hour drive away.

The place is peaceful and tranquil.

The place is peaceful and tranquil. We love the small lake on the property. Family enjoyed a little bit of boating before we left. The place is clean. And most of the things we need are available. We had a little issue with the electricity in the kitchen area but did not bother us much. It was beautiful staying there. If you need some quiet time and feel nature.

The place is secluded and perfect for a weekend getaway with no distractions. Travel to reach the cabin from the closest convenience store is about an hour away due to some road construction so before getting there make sure to stock with food essentials and anything you may need ahead of time

Very remote location.

Very remote location. If you are looking for solitude and a remote location, this is it. You are NOT around Sequioa trees, but rather, at the outer edge of the Sequioa National Forest, which means the foothills/lower level.

I want my $$ back!

I want my $$ back! Never did find the place, had to go to the next nearest town to stay the night. No getting around Badger is not easy. Very small town, not even a stop light. The only business in town was a bar. These people were very helpful, but had no idea where this place was either.
