Banner Elk is a beautiful area and very close to Grandfather Mountain. It had adequate shopping and restaurants. It took some time to travel from place to place because of traffic, but it was otherwise very pleasant to visit.

Excellent stay. Cozy condo close to shops and nice restaurants. I love the pet friendly aspect. Our girls, my husband with stage 4 cancer, and I needed a break & this was wonderful. We will return! Just please have the fireplaces working!

This is the second year we stay in Banner Elk.
This is the second year we stay in Banner Elk. We love the area. There are a lot of great restaurants, lots to see and the weather is beautiful. The town is a very cute place to walk around. It is a short drive to other places such as Blowing Rock (more great restaurants and shopping on a very cute main street), Grandfather Mountain (mile-high bridge, zoo, gift shop and fantastic views, and the Blue Ridge Parkway (amazing views.)

The beds were very comfortable and clean. The room was clean. Daily housekeeping suspended during the pandemic which I really liked. You could get delivered anything needed from front desk What I really missed was good coffee. Life begins after coffee. I never use those in room pots. The breakfast area and lobby had coffee. One day it was too weak. The next day it was just OK.

Please include accurate lat and long for those using a real gps. Using google maps, the address of 360 fox run rd, is inaccurate. Note also that Google maps shows the road as Fox Pointe rd., NOT Fox Run. Google maps shows the property on the opposite side of the road and 50 yards earlier than it should be. At least include instructions that say it is on the right side of the road. The lighted street lamp should be left on for evening arrivals. We arrived after dark and had to walk up and down the road to find the correct location. A picture of the house that includes the road and driveway entrance would be great.

It was such a cute and comfy condo with a great view of Sugar Mountain. The owner had several games and tvs throughout the condo. It was very clean and neat. Its location was so convenient to everything around Sugar Mountain, and grocery store too. A few minute drive into Banner Elk and not a bad drive into Boon. We loved our stay and highly recommend it.
