The location was perfect, our family loved all of the little parks around West Omaha and the grocery store was virtually next door. Loved that we had a full refrigerator and a kitchenette, especially during these times when we wanted to avoid eating out as much and eating too much junk drive-thru as a result. We wanted to stay at a motel so that we wouldn't have to go through a lobby or deal with wondering whether the HVAC system was clean and safe. We were happy to find such a comparatively well-taken care of property with delightfully friendly staff. As for datedness, who cares!? We DID appreciate that the updates that matter have been made-- bathroom is not grody and tile/grout is new, no old moldy carpet anywhere, air conditioner and appliances worked just fine and the bed was quite comfortable. We also were traveling with our three-year old and without even having to ask, they put is the a groundfloor corner unit so we didn't have to worry about him running around and making a bunch of noise for the people below and next-door. I'm sure other travelers appreciated this extra consideration ;)
