Caspar is a small village equidistant from Mendocino and Ft.
Caspar is a small village equidistant from Mendocino and Ft. Bragg. It does have a very good restaurant open for lunch and then it's a bar and music venue. And there is electric car charging at the Community Center. It is clean, safe, and cute. There are walks you can take from the village and a beach.
