We stay at this hotel twice a year while traveling back and forth to Florida. The staff is so wonderful and extremely helpful. We travel with 2 dogs and the pups are always so welcomed. Super clean, perfect location, we will continue to stay going forward!

    There were so many great places to eat!

    There were so many great places to eat! The people were nice, and the hotel was excellent. I will definitely plan another trip back soon. The paid parking makes it easy to park and walk to all the locations. Ruby Falls, Lookout Mountain, and the ferry ride were the best. This will be a trip that can and will be done again.

    If you’re looking for a great place to watch go to blue moose! There are quite a few restaurants in the area but this one tops all of them! Amazing food, drinks and service. And it doesn’t break the bank either!

    We visited the Aquarium that was Very Nice!

    We visited the Aquarium that was Very Nice! Then on to the Chattanooga and Chicamauga Battle sights. Later, we toured Ruby Fall and it was awesome for the whole family. The downtown is walkable to restaurants and shops. A fun three day trip.

    Beautiful city with lots of attractions, bars/hangout places, and tons of great restaurants! I love that you can be at the top of Lookout Mountain and then in downtown Chattanooga within 15 minutes. Fun downtown area right on the river.

    It was a great stay!

    It was a great stay! bed was nice and soft room was clean shower water pressure was on point and the little morning breakfast was actually pretty good. Just didn't like that the deposit had to be paid by card and I only had cash but no biggie it was fine.

    This was our second visit, my granddaughter enjoyed Ruby...

    This was our second visit, my granddaughter enjoyed Ruby Falls, but her favorite was Rock City (we all had a good time there) of course it was hot in July, but they did have misting stations and a lot of the paths were shaded and had adequate areas to rest in between. We did the incline and a few other things on prior visit. Riverwalk is beautiful.

    We booked an accessible Room, because my Wife is permanently in a Wheelchair. As we arrived they just told us, that this Room isn‘t available because of Renovation!! We need such a Room and they could have informed us before, so we would have been able to look for an other Hotel. The Person at the Reception didn‘t boder at all about our Problem. Never again in this Hotel. This belongs to the Hilton Group and we are Member there, but now we are going to book other Brands in Future. 😡

    We came to the hotel and checked in. We just left our luggage and went out downtown. When we came back to the hotel we noticed the toilet had broken down. We talked to the staff and we got upgraded directly. The staff handled it really well.
