We liked the cleanliness of all areas of the hotel. The rooms, the hot tub and pool. The breakfast provided lots of variety. Upon check in we were put in a room that the A/C wasn't working. When they were unable to fix it we were quickly moved to another room. Staff were friendly. Very close to Walden Galleria.

    Im not fancy so everything i needed was within a 5 minute drive. Target, walmart, Olive garden, Anchor bar, burlington coat factory, mcdonalds, ihop, mall, Tops market etc. Traffic was good, although i do suggest gps if you want yo find something you haven't been to before. Lots of little gems to find but they are hard to find if you dont know what to look for.

    Only had time to visit closest mall and transportation was a huge problem A shuttle service would have made all the difference as I had to wait over an hour for a taxi back to hotel and was then charged $35 fora 2.5mile journey.....yeh, I know!! right?

    Great shopping and close to Highway for easy access. Mall is close br with great Restaurants especially the Cheesecake Factory. Great deal at Macy's and JC Penny and it was an easy drive getting to all locations

    I grew up in Cheektowaga but moved out of state in 1984.

    I grew up in Cheektowaga but moved out of state in 1984. I return every July to visit friends and family. The road system is good; the town is clean. I liked Galleria Mall and attending the Polish Festival. I also enjoyed meals at Denny's and the Olympic Restaurant.

    Everything about the stay was perfect plenty of restaurants within mins of the motel. Staff was pleasant to deal with. Roim was clean and neat. Bed was comfortable. I wish our stay had been longer. I would highly recommend this motel

    When I arrived at check-in, the clerk told me the room was...

    When I arrived at check-in, the clerk told me the room was on the second floor. I told him that I requested first floor as my daughter and I are handicapped and she is frightened of elevators. The man told me that they never received anything from Booking.com. I purposely made the reservation early so they would have time to accommodate me. This made our stay very uncomfortable. Next time I will use another company. No excuse for this.

    I stayed at the Best Western Galleria in Buffalo with a group. Despite my very low expectations based on past reviews, I was somewhat pleasantly surprised. While the hotel is a bit dated, it's clean and provides a decent night's sleep. For a 2-star establishment, it meets basic needs. The owners clearly strive to offer the best experience possible. It's not luxurious, but it gets the job done. Breakfast is meh but will get you though the morning.

    Location of the hotel was good, right off the interstate. Room was large, lots of space for the four of us. Beds were comfortable. Appeared clean to us. The room had a balcony overlooking the courtyard where the pool was located which was a nice feature to have. Breakfast was decent and included in the price of our stay.

    The things that were the best part of the stay (with respect to the facility itself) were that the staff were kind and friendly, the beds were comfy and clean, the hotel generally was quiet or soundproof enough not to be a bother to any other person.
