Positives: The cabin looked bigger from the photos. It’s clean, and everything new. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Access to the river is interesting; you can play fishing. Check-in was easy!

What a find! The Aspen Inn was the perfect spot for us to relax after a long day of driving to Crater Lake with our 2 year old. We were greeted upon arrival by the lovely owners who are so easy going, friendly and helpful! The space itself is just gorgeous. Simple, clean and cozy rooms, with a homely feel. The lawn games were a hit for us and our daughter, there was plenty of space for her to run out her restless energy, play and enjoy the afternoon sun. A welcome change from the standard hotels and motels we have been staying in. We only wished we could have stayed another night!

Spacious and nicely decorated rooms with very comfortable beds. AC works for cooling and heating of the room. Modern bathrooms with fluffy towels. The hotel is very conveniently located to Crater Lake National Park, Lake of the Woods and many further hiking options close by. Though the Highway is right in front of the hotel, traffic is sparse at night and therefore did not really bother us. The location in the woods ist very nice and relaxing, and the next door store (where Check in and Check Out Takes place) has a large variety of everyday goods you may need.

Situated in Klamath Falls, Crater Lake Gateway-Rocky Point Resort has barbecue facilities. Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge.

Magical place near Crater Lake national park. The bed and sheets were beyond comfortable. Everyone we met were friendly. There is nice grocery store, which was useful because its very secluded. It felt like going to summer camp and we would come again.
