United Statesit is gorgeous and historic and nice luxury. gorgeous comfortable lobby. room is beautiful. the beds are incredibly comfortable. bathroom and shower is fantastic. great towels. they have a little room for snacks and free coffee. but it’s not just coffee , it’s a big machine that makes expresso. cappuccino. hot chocolate and variations. was terrific and perfect. . people are so nice. the manager, the desk , the staff. helpful and make you feel at home.

This was my first time to Cincinnati. I came for the Club World Cup game. We all hung out at the Pitch. The people were extremely friendly, and when we went to greet our team at the hotel downtown wow that's where everything was happening! It was clean for the most part. There were a few dead bugs in the cabinets but that should have been caught by the cleaning crew. They also did only left partial rolls of toilet paper...we bought more ourselves to make sure four adults had enough for the whole weekend. It was quiet and convenient to everything we did. My daughter and I went to Newport on the Levee to pour candles at SoYum Candle company, which I would highly recommend. Then later we had tickets to a Found Collective event at the Taft Theater.
