The airport shuttle driver asked the Cafe employee to make us something to eat, even though it was closing time for the Cafe. She obliged, preparing delicious casadillas. Also, housekeeping gave us extra coffee pods on request and caught me at the door to give me my forgotten phone charger. Excellent, caring staff.

    Honestly, I only stayed at the Hyatt Airport. I can't give a fair review of Clinton. The "new" stretch of highway (toll road 576) makes it easy for those to get out an explore if they so choose.

    This was the third time that we booked this hotel, told them we’d be arriving late, and arrived to find that they had purged our booking. They accommodated us, but this is a pattern at this hotel. Particularly troublesome for airport travelers who may be experiencing arrival delays behind their control. I used to adore this hotel - it’s beautiful, but one should book with extreme caution. Call them if you’re expecting a check in close to bed time, call them again, and have a back up plan.

    This hotel is located off the main airport concourse and is very easy to get to . Ideal for travellers before or after a flight . It is also easy to get to downtown Pittsburgh from the hotel and airport by bus shuttle. The rooms are spacious and very clean . The beds really comfortable and despite being an airport hotel it is very quiet . Good on-site restaurant - lovely welcome at breakfast from restaurant manager and good lunch / dinner options .

    Literally at the airport. Had an early flight and did not want to miss it, and this hotel is fantastic for international travellers because you cannot get lost on your way to the airport. The room was huge, too big for me as a solo traveller but has everything you needed to relax before your trip. The hotel staff were lovely and everything was very smooth and easy which I think everyone loves when travelling.
