Just 5 mi from Sonoma’s wine country, Cloverdale Wine Country Inn & Suites offers a seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub. A gym is available on site. Really well presented accommodation and great pool. Everything clean and tidy. Great location with the Railroad Station Bar & Grill just next door, which has a good selection of food and craft beers.
In Cloverdale, this 1901 Queen Anne Victorian inn is in the heart of Sonoma County’s wine country. Over 60 wineries are within a 15 minute drive of the inn. the house and gardens were beautiful. We loved the room and amenities like a free wine tasting of the wines that were produced at their vineyards. Our breakfast was 5 star!!
Located in Cloverdale in the California region, Russian River Camping Resort Cottage 9 has accommodations with free WiFi. The little cabin is beautiful and clean and had all the pots, pans, cups etc. The staff was VERY nice and helpful and responsive to our needs/ problems. There were nice group firepits available for use. The stars at night were AMAZING. ( from the top of the campground when you get out of the trees) Tubing from the bridge to the resort beach was fun but at times it felt like an adventure thru the amazon river! (NOT a great idea for small children)
Located 5 minutes’ drive from Downtown Cloverdale, each room provides free Wi-Fi in all rooms. Fritz Underground Winery and other Healdsburg wineries are within a 15 minutes’ drive of this motel. We were on a budget. So I was worried the room would be nice. I was really surprised it was perfect. We were going to a race in Calistoga and would be coming back late. They let us check in super early and very nice.
Railroad Station Bar and Grill. A nice family place and the Bar and Grill subtitle might indicate something else. It was a nice dining experience with the best Fried Chicken dinner I have had in years. 2 large pieces of breast meat which was moist and tender and not at all greasy or oily. Encourage you try it.
Cloverdale is 30 minutes from Calistoga, and about an hour from Napa and Sonoma. It has a lot of the wine country charm but with much lower wine country prices. I find Napa area to be too Hollywood nowadays, and Cloverdale feels like what wine country used to be like before it became so damn corporate.
A quaint, small town with some nice tourist attractions-most all of which are along the downtown stretch of Cloverdale Blvd. We have family there. Works well as a bedroom community for Santa Rosa and is a great place to raise a family.
Cloverdale is a very small, charming town 15 minutes north of Healdsburg, where you will find far better hotels and a much more lively scene, day and night. The Hotel Trio in Healdsburg is great, but pricey, and the art galleries on the Healdsburg town square a great diversion. Cloverdale has very little to offer - having been there 3 times in the last 6 months helping with family matters - outside of a marvelous Italian restaurant called Piacere, at 504 N Cloverdale Blvd, which I highly recommend, and a wonderful Thai place called Thai Spice, in a little shopping row between the CVS and the UPS store. Those who live in Cloverdale like its quiet charm and relish the serenity, something those of us from a big city can often find refreshing and rejuvenating.
Lovely home, super friendly owners and staff, wonderful rooms, beautiful gardens, amazing breakfast, fun wine tasting experience, pretty town. What a great place to stay ..would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return again.
They call it “Clover-tucky” for a reason, it’s pretty redneck and shopping/store options are limited. Only reason to come here is for the motorcycle safety course, or a pit stop on your wine tasting tour. The two restaurants I ate at were terrible.
The only thing I liked was that the AC worked great!!!! I certainly expected a better facility for Cloverdale, CA. BUT IT WAS TRULY A SHIT HOLE....Very disappointed!!
Beds were comfortable. The hotel was quick and easy to access from the highway. Rates were reasonable for wine country. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
I love that the hotel was pet friendly and it was at an affordable costs. I also enjoyed that there was a microwave and a mini fridge for storing our food and drinks.
The hotel is in a central location. Easy to access.
Great alternative to a standard hotel room!
