We knew some people who live here and they love going out to breakfast downtown in the summer time. We went with them to a nice open air restaurant and ate outside. It was a lovely experience! Then we drove to Victor and Cripple Creek. Such beautiful scenery!! The next day we got to see the Garden of the Gods! WOW! The next day we went to Boulder, Colorado.

    It was a horrible stay!!

It was a horrible stay!! Refrigerator and microwave didn’t work, floors were sticky, room next door was very noisy until after midnight. All of the My Place hotels need to stop advertising “full kitchen “. No silverware, plates, pans, nothing. We were told they stopped having kitchens equipped because of COVID, IT’S OVER!! Definitely won’t stay at this one again!

Colorado used to be a top rate place. there's a bar in a church on every corner and definitely some sort of war or battle perhaps a curse. it is hard for even people that have lived there all their life to even find a place to live now. sucks

    Where to start?

Where to start? Garden of the Gods was amazing; as were the Anasazi dwelling ruins. Lookout Mountain was great, but couldn't quite tell the 3 other states to see from the top?! The Buffalo Bill Cody museum was extremely well done, especially with the regional Indian tribes' costumes & customs. Places for the kids to dress up in western clothes at the museum. I was pleased to find out that Buffalo Bill was a champion for both women's & Indians' rights. Easy access to all of the above.

The mountains, culture, entertainment, choice of restaurants and weather is wonderful. The Great British Food Company is a lively restaurant, bar with good food, great service and a great place to watch sports. The burgers are delicious! The metro system is adequate and UBER is always available. It is a great place to visit and live.
