But once the clerk found out that we were on our honeymoon she upgraded us from our regular to a suite without any extra charge. It was absolutely wonderful! Totally would recommend staying at the Wonderstone at Glacier.

Close enough to Glacier park to get there in 15-20 minutes and still be near enough to services such as restaurants, grocery stores, gas, etc. The cabins were spotless, well appointed, and quite charming. Hosts were friendly and helpful on accessing the park. We were set far enough back from the road that, while traffic could be heard occasionally, it was not at all disruptive.

United StatesThe house looks just like the photos, a gorgeous victorian home. The lockbox was easy to open; I went upstairs to where my room was, and noticed the spectacular deck with mountain views. My room was cozy and had some antique accents echoing the home. And my window looked out to mature trees :) The bed was comfortable and the room got some nice morning light. I was conveniently situated with an easy trip to Glacier, close to the airport and close to nearby Whitefish (also a cute town!). Overall, very satisfied!

As a town, Columbia Falls has some work to do.
As a town, Columbia Falls has some work to do. The downtown area is old and not many shops. INSTEAD, consider staying in Whitefish where it is a true ski resort town with many amenities available including a good selection of restaurants.

Close to the entrance of Glacier national park, 20 mins. Good restaurants and shops in the city square (3 blocks). 15 - 20 mins drive east to Whitefish which has abundant restaurants/shops and lake activities.

Close to National park, great coffee shop, wonderful Mexican restaurant, good popular bar and restaurant and outside garden at the Gun Sight Saloon. Supermarket with everything you could need……..all this on one street. Plenty of free parking

Columbia Falls has everything you could need. Kalispell is close if you should need more. The mountains all around you are superb. You are very close to Glacier National Park and that is an awesome place to go.

Best feature - being only 15 miles from Glacier NP.
Best feature - being only 15 miles from Glacier NP. Hard to find a place to park in the small downtown. Farm to Table Ice Cream was very good. Montana Coffee Traders also good. Town did not nearly as much character as Whitefish which is 15 miles farther from Glacier.

I don’t like being sent to a room where it had not been...
I don’t like being sent to a room where it had not been clean for a new Guest / dirty towels in the shower; sheets not changed AND worse Management said they would not charge us for the first night YEY they did and now no return our calls.

Everything. Wonderful chalet, tastefully equipped and completed with Ron's amazing paintings. Situated in the countryside, very quiet, yet near to Glacier NP, Columbia Falls, Whitefish and Kalispell. We even saw deer in the mornings. We loved it and it would definitely be our first choice if we returned to the area. Thanks a lot Ron and Nathalie!

Good location, 1 hour drive to the west side of Glacier park and a couple hours from the Grinnell/many glacier side. Nice that it’s close to Columbia falls, whitefish and Kalispell. Ideal for food options. One staff member I can’t remember his name but he studied in the UK before, made us feel very welcome, he was very helpful!
