The Quality Inn hotel is conveniently located off Interstate 80, just two miles from the University of Iowa. It had been a long day with my husband in the ER & it was too late for me to drive 3hrs home. I booked a room online, but realized I’d booked for the following night. Called & the man that answered was FANTASTIC! He fixed everything for me & gave me one of the closest rooms on the ground floor. I was a tired, hungry mess and he was so kind and caring. I cannot remember his name, but it was the night of Nov 3rd. Wonderful employee!!
