The home was really nice, well equipped with all of the necessities, and very clean. The pool was preheated for us when we got there. The host was real nice and very helpful with anything I needed help with. This is very well one of the nicer homes I have stayed in when my family and I travel to Florida. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The spacious house, there was plenty of room for our large family. Everyone had their own thing and place to go in the house. The game room was a hit for the teens! The younger kids loved the pool, I think they spent hours a day in it. There was something for everyone, including the resort pool and lazy river. The entire family had a great time! The family enjoyed having grocery and coffee shops so close to the resort. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making our family vacation such a hit!!

    The house was amazing and we really appreciate getting us in on such short notice. We wish we could have stayed another week. Would most definitely go back and or recommend to others. There were lots of places to shop and eat. Love Firstwatch we go when ever we can, great food.

    Everything was exceptional.

    Everything was exceptional. Lovely house, pictures actually look like what is being depicted. Very clean space with a lot of room for large or small families. We will most certainly be coming back to visit!

    Our stay was only 13 miles from Disney but due to the horrific traffic, it took us an hour each morning to make the trip there. If you're going to Disney, do yourself a favor and stay on the north side of Route 4.

    The location of the home was amazing, and the water park is...

    The location of the home was amazing, and the water park is walking distance from the home. The water park could use a bit more amenities it was very basic. My home was ok, but it could use some help in upkeeping the condition of the home. The furniture could use some updating especially the sofa and the patio cushions. The staff could be a little bit more welcoming when entering the entrance of the waterpark. And the bigger water slide was not working for my entire 5 day stay. The lazy river was a bit too lazy for me. But that's just my opinion.

    We went to relax by the pool but the area was close enough...

    We went to relax by the pool but the area was close enough to shops, restaurants etc to suit those wishing to do more. The area itself was well maintained and quiet. A car is essential but there was a lovely golf club around a 10 minute walk from our villa. It was open to anyone for breakfast, lunch and drinks but closed around 5pm.

    Beautiful homely property with everything you need to enjoy...

    Beautiful homely property with everything you need to enjoy the perfect family holiday. Beds so comfy close to supermarket shops etc. Community pool and facilities as well as your own private pool. There is nothing I could fault about this property. Excellent communication with host's. Very safe gated community.

    The perfect accommodation for our holiday. Located 30 minutes from Disney (longer with traffic ofc), it is located a little outside of the main tourist area, which we really liked. Lots of space, and the outdoor area is also really nice. The pool ended up being a bit cold without heating, but it was quite easy to get ahold of the owner to arrange payment and to get the heater on. I will definitely consider booking this villa again next time we’re in town

    I have stayed at the Villas at Regal Palms several times...over 9 townhouses. The Regal Palms resort and their staff have always been very friendly and professional and the people I've spoken with from the companies who own the townhouses. The resort itself has everything to make your stay fun and enjoyable. The pool, lazy river, waterside, hot tub and a play area for famalies with young children. All kept up and very clean. All staff professional.

    We have stayed in Davenport on several occasions now. It is a little further from the 'action' but we prefer that to ensure peace and quiet during our downtime days. Very spacious villa with beautiful private pool on a gated estate. We had a fantastic time there, but you definitely need a car....which suits us anyway. Excellent value for money. The property manager Natasha was very helpful.
