This hotel is deceptive and underhanded in its pricing. They added a house cleaning fee to the price I was shown when I reserved the room online. I didn't discover it until I was checking in when I arrived at the hotel. The breakfast did not include any protein. Usually there are eggs and sausage but this was just all carbs. The toilet would have run all night had we not turned off the water valve. The signage at the road could be bigger and more obvious. I loved the coffee shops, cafes, and many attractions, such as the Putnam Museum. The easy access to the other areas of the Quad Cities is a plus, and the Village of East Davenport is always nice to visit. However, I'm not a fan of Iowa's politics. I prefer the Illinois side of the Quad Cities, but Davenport provides a lot of fantastic destinations. Be sure to visit The Brewed Book while you are there; it's an absolutely fantastic cafe and used bookstore with charm and great coffee!Guest review byMicah HUnited States - 10.0

I was here for business, but also made it a meeting place for other family members to meet up with me. We all booked our rooms separately, and once we arrived and they found out we were family meeting up, they rescheduled our rooms close together to make it more convenient for us. The Waffles were great.
The Waffles were great. All bread products tasted dry and old. I did receive extra pillows when I asked. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The walls were scrapped up, there was extreme water damage on wall, closet door & in closet. The bedside table lamp did not work, nor did the outlet on it's base. (I told them at the desk. They said nothing & did nothing.) Night desk attendant stood right in front of the front door, on her phone, smoking, in holey clothes (and I don't mean jeans). I only knew she worked there because she asked if we were checking in. The room was more or less surface cleaned. But it felt dirty. It took me hours to fall asleep, I was afraid roaches would be crawling out. Fortunately, I saw none. I'm sorry to say this, but I wouldn't stay there again, even if it was free.Guest review byBarman

It was within walking distance. The food was great, and it was more of an experience than just dinner. The hotel breakfast was delicious and worth the money.
