We loved everything abt the property except the pool was not heated. It wasnt advertised as such, but it was colder than the ocean. Otherwise everything was great. Very slight smell which my older kids thought might have been ciagrette smoke but i could not smell it,

We actually drove up from the keys and stayed 2 nights in...

We actually drove up from the keys and stayed 2 nights in Davie. Nice and close to the airport and not too far from the beach; our house located on canal which was peaceful with ducks on it ( not noisy amazingly). You can see the hard rock light from the gazebo here art night

I did not like disposable dishes, at any time.

I did not like disposable dishes, at any time. Not good for the environment! The staff was always helpful. It was easy to get to the hotel, there is a shuttle to and from the airport, I did not make use of it because I needed to do some shopping. I forgot to leave a tip for the cleaning staff 🙄 As for the popular places to visit, I did not have the time and my visit was not for pleasure.

The worst stay ever. Keys didnt work. The clerk have to escort you to your room each time. The wifi was sucky hardly worked. Asked for a refund to go elsewhere but was declined. This property willl be reported to the better business bureau. Horrendous hotel should not carry booking.com name.

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was polite and helpful. The staybridge in Miami was not clean like this one. Breakfast buffet was okay. It's a short uber to the Hard Roak Cafe.

I wish the hotel was at least $30 cheaper it's rediculous. The staff are always disrespectful they don't give you any good deals anymore we didn't receive any new towels no nothing
