It was SO VERY CLEAN! Smelled WONDERFUL! And very nicely lighted, furnished & decorated. Had all necessary amenities available, including FREE washer/dryer!! The host also provided complimentary snacks/drinks. Beds were very comfortable, ample closet space. Very well lit, inside & out. A sweet, ROMANTIC "love nest". Included a desk & printer & lots of charging facilities for phones & laptop in the bedroom. And easy access on TV. Check was easy-peasy. Location is easy to find & about 20 minutes away from LGA by Uber. Safe neighborhood, walkable. We found a local mom & pop pizza place & ate delicious, home-made soups & NY Style pizza. If you love nature, the apartment is located near Pelham Bay Park & the Botanical Gardens, or Zoo. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy that. Focused on Manhattan Island!

Everything was clean and well kept. The vibe of the property was very homey. The lights and the electric fireplace were great, along with the glassware.

I'm very pleased to have found this apartment. It was very clean and very comfortable, and the owner provided a number of amenities that made my stay even nicer. Instructions for parking and entry were clear. Though it is small, it is thoughtfully laid and out pretty. Bed was very comfortable. I had a number of message exchanges with the owner and he answered promptly and addressed my questions well, and he checked in a couple of times to be sure everything was okay. I most likely would stay here again if I travel to Long Island.

It’s not how it looks on photos , nice space , clean and comfy . Shower is a bit small but it works . Tv , kitchen two bed rooms . It’s an awesome stay and i recommend it to anyone.

Sunshine Room by harbor downtown beach I-95&Train is located in Stamford, just 12 miles from State University of New York at Purchase and 14 miles from Manhattanville College.

The location is wonderful as were the amenities. It was perfect for three adults and two small children. The owners were extremely friendly and accomodating.
