    parking should be free its customers.

    parking should be free its customers. It cost us an extra $100 which we were unaware of the daily price of parking until we got the charge. There was nothing showing how much it will cost us for parking - transparency. towels / wash clothes seem to be in short supply ever time we asked, so we had to keep going back / forth. Staff was great in their jobs / helpful. Location was great.

    Went for a quick trip to newark for a concert, first time there. Really appreciated the service from staff. The hotel was not too big not too small. Loved the free wifi and the free breakfast. Did not get to use any other amenities really. Vending machines were nice and there was a microwave in my room. My view was of the parking lot but I was only there for a few hours so that didn't really bother me.

    The location was just right.

    The location was just right. Walking distance to shopping mall, close to the airport. Close to many other great hotels. Didn't had much entertainment but good for a short trip. The elevator was nice, spacious and fast. Was not a luxurious but good for its owner. Some talking and music noise from the other rooms.

    The location was perfect if you’re traveling for a Limited...

    The location was perfect if you’re traveling for a Limited time and wanting to be in the airport without a rush! They have coffee shop and a restaurant with welcoming hosts . The reception was really pretty with all those Christmas decor. The room and the beds were really comfy , the toilet was equipped with all toiletries that you need. I would Love to come back , highly recommended!

    I chose to spend time so quick in Elizabeth instead to go back to my home town because of the time but after I chose to save the day after all; I would be regret if I didn't choose to stay. The house light beautiful. The back yard is super elegant at the night. Inside in the living home, it was gorgeous. All the way up, at the top floor was my paradise. That is the time I realized my stay was amuse. Thank you Elizabeth neighborhood.

    The only problem breakfast was included in my final payment But the hotel New nothing about it Until I showed them my email So first morning we didn't come down for breakfast the rest of the trip we didn't eat until Breakfast was over

    Pleasant enough... nothing special... Convenient. The buffet breakfast was great. A good variety of choice, for any appetite. The hot food selections were only warm, so could have been hotter. 24 hour supply of coffee in reception. Convenience of a hotel shuttle service, to and from Newark International airport... as long as it is kept on time / to schedule!

    Staff were lovely, the hotel is dated but the rooms are clean and the beds super comfortable. The buffet breakfast included coffee, tea, juices, scrambled eggs, sausages, beef patties, roast potatoes and a sizable selection of pastries. The shuttle bus was free to and from LAX P4.

    Large room with a big, very comfortable bed. Only slept here one night on a layover to somewhere else so did not try the restaurant, gym or other extras. The airport shuttle was a very nice both to the hotel and back to the airport.
