This hotel had friendly stAff. The bathroom had no toilet tissue holder. This is our 2 nd time staying here. Although the hotel is nice and convents, after a long drive there is no restaurants that offer a comfortable, clean and something else besides fast foods.
For what you get, you'd think you were staying at the cheapest motel available. The indoor pool was out of order. Ice machine on our floor was out of order. The bathroom light in our room was broken. The sink wouldn't drain. No toilet paper on the rolls and a half used roll sitting on the toilet. Paint peeling off the walls. Hot breakfast was actually a paper bag with an orange, granola, and a prepackaged muffin. What a bad experience, considering what we paid.
Do not stay here. The physical plant needs updating. Carpeting nasty and it could use a coat of paint. Pool looked uninviting and we were afraid to use it. Could not wait to be able to leave in the morning.
We were just looking for a place to sleep as we had been on the road for 12 hrs and 11 more to go so for that purpose it was fine. It was clean but the room we had was very out dated, staff was very friendly. We got their to late to have dinner which was fine as that was not our goal. They did offer offer free coffee in the morning with some snacks for breakfast which at this time was more than some are doing.
The only thing I would change is possibly the contents of the grab and go breakfast. For the price you pay for the contents, you could offer a large muffin only instead of the small one. It's hard to please everyone. In this pandemic time, I think the hotel did a great job in keeping people safe.
Town was my stop-over on an 800 miles drive to New Jersey from S. Carolina. Goof midway point. Good location for passing through and for deciding whether to take highway across water to Delaware or the ferry (recommended!)
First board of health should visit that facility. There were deification with blood stain on the wall in one room, the other room had roaches and other insects. When I asked front desk why would they rent a room in such condition? She replied “ we don’t check the rooms.” I am calling board of health this hotel shouldn’t be renting room in this nasty condition.
Only the price and the receptionist. The bed sheets had lots and lots of hair, like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The bathroom floor had hair all over... I only stayed because it was very late and I was feeling to sick to drive. I covered the pillows with my t-shirts and didn’t remove the bed cover. I will never ever ever return to that hotel chain.
The property is located conveniently near the main highways, making it a good place for a layover. Also, when we arrived, our room was not ready, but the staff very promptly completed cleaning a room for us, which we appreciated. The hotel staff also fulfilled our request to have a pet friendly room next to an exit door.

Called after my Booking Confirmation received to request a ground floor room. Got it and was happy with that. Since traveling during the Covid crisis is scary it was great to have room right by car so we did not have to go through hotel to our room. The main reason we chose Days Inn
The staff and hotel were very nice and clean. Found out I could have saved a lot by booking directly with hotel and not using Booking.com
very good breakfast, the team is so nice, the room was comfortable, I always have a great experience with Holiday Inn hotels
