Traffic is terrible and everything is ridiculously expensive. The scenery is stunning and the weather is beautiful with plenty of things to do and people to connect with. It's absolutely always worth going, but beware of price and keep to a budget if you do not have disposable income.

It was OK, but not a place I would care to go to again, it is VERY expensive (and I come from NY), no shuttles from the flag airport to tourist accommodations, way too much traffic, not the best place for walking. Not much to really do there, we were just there as a jump off point to our canyon river trip

The staff that responds to the phone calls and checks you in are extremely friendly and helpful. If you are into "green" it fills the bill very well. If you are not it does not present a problem.

We enjoyed the shops downtown. We ate and walked around.
We enjoyed the shops downtown. We ate and walked around. Getting round Flag was pretty easy. Street parking costs $1 per hour and finding a spot could be tricky. Urban Pine Eatery was excellent for salad and flat bread. Insomnia cookies for dessert topped it off. The little Di Marcos pizza behind the NAU Aquatic center was fabulous.

Flagstaff is beautiful but the hotels are overpriced with little to no accommodations. Most if the oools at hotels are advertised but when you get to the hotel they are empty ( no water). The staff at the hotels are rude and think they are in Beverly Hills. Much better places to go than this one horse town

Property is very conveniently located. You can walk to the downtown area easily where there are many restaurants, bars, breweries, shops, entertainment, etc. Staff was excellent, very attentive and accommodating. Hot breakfast daily was excellent. Room was set up perfect and was spotless. As was the entire hotel.

Comfortable, welcoming, clean. Staff were kind, an ice machine was available - and so were coffee, chocolate and tea. The lounge is super cosy! We also loved breakfast and the clean room with a great TV. Recommended for a comfortable stay in Flagstaff. We loved our time here!

We asked for and were given a quiet room which was spacious and comfortable, the hotel is next to a busy highway if this might affect you. The restaurant food and staff were very good.
