Well, the breakfast ended at 9 am and we did not getup and out in time. the coffee was very good but ran out . Front desk staff did offer us a muffin, we settled for an apple.

What i really like about this property is its under new ownership, and the new owners are striding to make their guests feel welcome at home and comfortable, the new owners are really turning the hotel around for the best , i’m asking for a room this weekend as well

Location is Ok and the house does not provide breakfast, But the house provides everything we need for preparing meals for breakfast and dinner. Paper towel, napkin and bath tissue are also provided. There are enough towels for us. In a word, we can find whatever we need during our stay.

The location is peaceful, the property is immaculate, looks brand new. We had the downstairs room & it was beautifully decorated with all amenities one could want. The bed is so comfortable, the shower delightful! Breakfast was better than any restaurant brunch with such a beautiful presentation. Eva, the proprietor, was so communicative & accommodating before & when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the Warwick area.
