These people is not of their word. I had several complaints of my stay and none of them was acknowledged to my satisfaction. I was told by 3 staff the situation would be handled and it wasn’t. I was also told on check out day my bill would be adjusted and it wasn’t, I even emailed Judy the sales manager afterwards about my adjustment and she did not respond and now it’s 4 days later. It’s one thing I hate is a liar and a person that doesn’t stay to their words. I will be moving forward to get this handled as it should have been. She wants to remove my previous review, but doesn’t want to correct the issue. Very unprofessional staff!!
