Water activities, pond and public park and board walk. We love Pickleville Playhouse. Favorite eating spots is LaBeaus, Coopers Restuarant and Cafe Sabor. We like to golf at Bear Lake West. The North Beach is fantastic. Other great spots is Emigration Canyon and Bloomington Lake. We love the shootout at Montpelier. Biking around the lake is fun.
Garden city did not disappoint! From the beautiful lake & mountain views, to the raspberry delicious shakes at Chevron & let's not forget, Dole whips at Zigs! Great atmosphere & loved Pickleville & the production they put on!
This small town is great to have a little vacation. Of course, the lake is the best attraction that the town has. Bear Lake is the Caribbean of Utah, blue and clear water and sandy beaches in the north, ID, and south UT. There are many water activities to perform in the lake such as motorized as well as non-motorized rentals. If people do not prefer to go to the water, the beach is still good to hang out. Besides the lake, there are more activities to perform like horseback riding, racers to go around the town, hiking, and others.
We had breakfast at Cody’s Garage and it was delicious. Try the raspberry jam, yummmm. The decor is fun with old cars and motorcycles inside. The murals on the walls are a nice touch. A hike at Bloomington Lake was nice but the road getting there is long and rough.
Lots to do in and around the lake. It was just bad luch that it was too cold to do that. But Limber pine trail is a very nice hike closeby. We ate at Cody's restaurant which had amazing food for a very decent price.
Quaint little town. Every place had a sign that they had the "Best BlackBerry Shakes in Town", and although I didn't have one at every place, they were pretty good. We enjoyed horseback riding just out of town, also.
