Great place to stay, clean and Friendly Staff I’ve been staying at the Americas Best value Inn in Bradenton for about a week now and may I start by saying the manager Mike Eriksen has been a gentleman and a scholar since the moment I stepped out of my car.. He is very polite and very clear when explaining things makes you feel very welcome like if you were staying at his own home. As far as the room I was blown away once I opened that door it’s so modern and there’s enough outlets in that room more than I know what to do with. Also has a pool so that’s a plus. All and all I had a spectacular time here, & I will be returning soon! Thanks again!

We stayed for only one night due to an early morning appointment in Ruskin, but we found that this property would be excellent for an extended stay. Very quiet, first floor water view. Kitchen has all the basics to prepare meals. Large fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Large closet and plenty of drawer storage space. Comfortable queen bed. A/C and heat!! (we happened to visit during a chilly night) Bathroom was a little tight, but manageable. Water pressure was excellent and hot water was plentiful. The rear exit into a hallway was a little surprising (the hallway looks like it is being upgraded to new carpeting at some point), but it appears that guests to the complex mainly use their front doors/patio areas. The owner was very good at sending emails and updates about the property, however, we felt like all of the information could have been sent in one email. We were visited by the complex manager (who knocks very loudly), he delivered to us a key for gaining entrance into the resorts amenities: pools, pickleball etc. Front door entrance has a code lock, which is great for easy access at check-in time. We did see a security vehicle and the main entrance into the peninsula does have a guardhouse. A guest pass is required to gain entrance after 9pm. There are two restaurants on the peninsula and a marina where you can rent/charter a boat. A very new Publix Supermarket and the newly opened Moffitt Cancer Center/South Shore location are both located about 15 minutes away, but in opposite directions.
