My girls and I booked at this location for a small girls trip to celebrate Halloween. We showed up later than our scheduled Check in time, but the Front desk was absolutely understanding and Very welcoming. The room was absolutely adorable. I was in love with the pink furniture and the style of the room. right before you hit the elevators, they have a vending machine from CVS for all medication’s in case you are feeling under the weather and A good selection of snacks and foods up in the lobby for purchase. The girls and I started our day with a relaxing soak Inside of their VERY clean jacuzzi. We did get lost trying to find the Jacuzzi, but the staff was very friendly and showed us the way and how to turn on the Jacuzzi as well. The price was amazing and was totally worth it! If you are planning a little girl trip And you need a nice hotel to stay at, Glendale express hotels is the place where it’s at! they also allowed us a late check out at 12 PM which gave us enough time to wake up After our night out, Shower, get ready and gather things. Amazing staff, amazing hotel, 10 out of 10 would recommend!

This was my first time in L.A. and as I looked around this property for me had the most value. I was looking for something that was inexpensive, close to friends and was comfortable. For the price of the room per night, I feel that the value was appropriate. The bed was comfortable, the room had a refrigerator and microwave, so I was able to have a small breakfast and dinner in the room.

    I am actually local to Glendale and commute in and out of the city often. My grand mother also used to live in the city for all of my life and I've always loved it. Glendale definitely has a sweet spot in my heart. It is a beautiful city with a lot of live action, incredible food spots, shopping, diverse culture, ect. There is honestly no city in LA County that is "easy to get through" lol just like anywhere else you just have to be patient and avoid all the reckless drivers.

    The hotel is in a good location with a nice view of the houses up in the hills, the breakfast is always good and the chef will make your own selection of vegetables and meat in it, they have a large pond in the lobby with lots of big koi fish, and you can ask from the counter fish food to feed the fish yourself or your kids, and they have an elevator with glass walls so you can see the view from the lobby going up to the 12th floor!

    I like the location however the hotel room was dirty and smelled awful. The staff was disrespectful and rude. We asked for towels since we were there for 4 nights and they told us they didn’t have any and to reuse the ones we had. They also did not provide toilet paper or give us our refund back. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. The bathroom was dirty and impossible to use to get clean. I am extremely unsatisfied with this stay and would like my money back for the unsafe conditions, there was no smoke detector in the room and electrical wires were coming out and loose. Very dangerous and unsafe. The walls were not soundproof and we could hear the staff complaining about us and also looking through the peephole in the door splaying on us. Terrible stay would t not recommend

    Glendale is a lovely community filled with businesses, retail shops, restaurants and an impressive shopping mall. The main road through the heart of town is four lanes wide and traffic moves well. I really enjoyed my time there.

    The hotel staff was polite and informative, parking was good, I didn't have to worry about my car being broken into and I feel this is important for other travelers to know, it does cost to park bit it is in line with other la hotels. We like other hotel chains that offer free breakfast, this hotel did not offer free breakfast. I can't stress this enough, but the bed situation ruined it for us we have a family of 4 and were not comfy at all in the beds. I am sure if it was just 2 of us in a king my review would have been 10/10.

    Glendale is the place to stay at if you’re going to...

    Glendale is the place to stay at if you’re going to Universal or the Rose bowl. its in the middle of both places. We went to a concert at the Rose Bowl and the hotels there where very expensive because of the event so we stayed in Glendale and it was awesome, clean, convenient and safe. We stayed across the street from the Americana mall and it’s beautiful, lots of restaurants and designer stores (gucci, Tiffanys, YSL)

    It is quite good in terms of price and performance. The employees are very attentive and try to help in every way. The location of the hotel was quite good in terms of being close to the toll road and close to the center. The ability to order food from outside and the presence of a microwave and a small kitchen counter in the room were also very practical.
