Located in Grand Lake in the Colorado region, with Grand Lake Beach nearby, Columbine Cabins provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking, as well as access to a hot tub. We visited the Rockies with family for summer vacation and stayed here for 3 nights. The host is awesome, very energetic and quick to help us with all our needs. The location is very close to major attractions and the market store near the accomodation has everything you could ask for ! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Rockies !

Grand Lake is beautiful and family friendly. There are so many things to see and if you like winter activities this place is for you. Snowmobiling, Ice fishing, amazing food and drinks and local shopping. If you love mountain views and want to relax this place is it. I try to come here every other weekend.

We went just at the end of the summer season, so many things were closed or closing. We were due to take the trail ridge road to Estes Park, but the first snow of the fall closed the road. The town is pleasant enough to walk around, but not much different than many similar towns in the area - proximity to the lake is a nice feeature.

Absolutely awesome views from all around the lodge. Plenty of things to do. Shopping at local businesses was fantastic. Restaurant choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner were wonderful. You are within 30 minutes to Granby Ranch for skiing, biking and Hiking. Beautiful small town on a gorgeous lake. If you like the outdoors, this is the place to go.

cute summer town. restaurants and food were terrible. Nothing healthy to eat in the entire town. spent time in Green Ridge campground, nice but too cold @ night. There are a hundred towns in colorado that would make for a better experience, including frasier, winter park, granby just up the road

Beautiful small town and beautiful mountains and lake. The Gateway Inn was an excellent choice. The room was very roomy and the very well furnished but most of all I was very impressed with the staff. Highly recommend this hotel

It was a great time for my husband.
It was a great time for my husband. We walked on the boardwalk and ate at The Grand, which was some of the best pizza we have had. I enjoyed the chocolate store and bought 8 dark chocolate almond turtles!

The proximity to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park is unbelievably close to the cabin. Old downtown Grand Lake is a very short drive away. Grocery, restaurants, fuel, also very close. 5 minute drive
