Upon arrival for check in, the kid behind counter told me...
Upon arrival for check in, the kid behind counter told me there was no reservation in computer under my name. Asked if I had a different name. I showed him email conformation from Booking.com of my reservation. He stated no rooms were available, and offered no explanation. All he did was stare at computer. We left and got a room at another hotel and had a great weekend. We will not be staying at Hancock Motel in future and don't recommend booking a room here. You really cant beat the price when you’re passing through or just staying a night or two in the area. Bed was clean no signs of bugs and the room had a small refrigerator, desk, and chair. It’s rare for a true budget hotel to have breakfast at all so I wasn’t surprised to find they only had cereal and oatmeal. It is always my stopping point for my last leg of my trip to Pa.
