We are not city life people. We prefer the rural outskirts of town and beyond. So, I chose to look for a location near Hau’ula, HI for a wedding happening nearby, and breathing space! And, with work obligations throughout the 4th qrtr., I had to wait until two months before the wedding where I could then book our stay. This location popped up with several others on the list. It seemed close to our standards and I didn’t have much time to waste looking. After about a half an hour of looking at four locations, I pulled the trigger. My wife was really surprised I found a place on short notice for the length of our stay. I thought I did a great job. But my wife said I nailed it. She was impressed with my find. It was just like having that first apt. feel with getting out of your parents house to begin YOUR life! Everything you would need to start your own life adventure away from home. Including natural alarm clocks that are not only spot on, but also have their own automatic short timed snooze button! Residential and quiet with having a nice view of the hills behind you and a nice sunrise above the residential neighborhood. Ours was somewhat cloudy, but we had at day where we felt relaxed and mostly the sun was rising above the trees in the neighborhood that day. Plenty of room, spacious bathroom, kitchen amenities well equipped, balcony, and my wife slept deeply she said. Something she has a hard time doing at home. That should tell many, that when your wife is comfortable, its awesome! I do have to add our host were more than hospitable. Our PHX flight connection got delayed three times due to a mechanical issue. We arrived 4 hours later than expected, 9:45pm. Hungry, my wife asked if something was open where we could at least put something in the stomach to try and sleep comfortably. We were given a few options and those surely would have sufficed. But after settling in, in under ten minutes, a knock on the door.

Cozy room, excellent location, wonderful beach. Thanks for the amenities like beach chairs, towels, and beach umbrella. We loved how quiet it was after noisy Honolulu. The room had everything we needed. Loved seeing turtles everyday/morning/night right in front of us on the beach and in the water. The ocean was safe even on a windy day. Food across the street was alright!

Eveything ! Quiet rooms , exceptionally clean . Very comfortable a d fabulous decide through hotel , classy and chic . We had Excellent staff - truly ! Friendly and so professional . Great little bistro , and coffee. Right across from beach with affordable rentals for surf boards etc. simply fantastic outdoor area & parking is right there . So many gorgeous cozy areas outside & very private and relaxing . We were sooo impressed . Would be perfect for families .

Great communication and instructions received from the host. Super easy check in and check out. Love the Keyless entry, has a button code lock which takes out the worries of losing the house key and not having to share a key. Plenty of cooking facilities provided however, we did not use as we ate out most of the time. This place was very clean, tidy and immaculate as per photos. Location was perfect for us as it was central to all the places we needed to go to for a family wedding. The sealing and family photos was held at the Mormon Temple in Laie which was only walking distance and so convenient for us. Having air-conditioning in this studio room was super helpful as the weather was hot. The bed was super comfortable (either it's a Super King size or California King size) has a Memory foam mattress which moulds to your body shape. We slept 2 adults and 1 child (9yrs old) comfortably on the bed. We felt well rested every morning. The surrounding neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly. This studio is well worth staying in and I highly recommend to everyone. We will definitely stay here again. Great value for money. Thanks for the lovely Hawaiian Macadamia chocolates on arrival 😋 Mahalo x

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! Book this now! This is so unique & different! Everything was beautiful! The bathrooms are a short walk & all beautiful & clean. We parked our car right beside the tent! Even had some board games/cards to play! They only have 3 tents at the moment but are expanding. Close to town so it was easy to pop in & out! Will definitely stay again when we come back to Oahu.

Nice, rural location. The best sky and full moon in my life. There are some pleasant hiking trails around, beach is not far as well. I highly recommend it if you want to rest after big cities.

open and spaces. fast elevators. modern clean and Hugh rooms. lots of things to do, hike, beach, pool golf, surf, Pickleball and Tennis. local Pickleball members were very friendly and inviting me to join them. Wrist band for identification and opening doors was a good feature. would be great if the wrist band can allow us to charge to our room. especially good if you have kids.

This property is exactly as advertised and what other people on the reviews are saying. We were happy and comfortable during our stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed. I’ve stayed at other properties in Hawaii where we had issues with roaches (which you would expect since you’re in Hawaii after all but not with this one. It was thoroughly cleaned. It also felt really safe with the gate (the area is also already safe too). The location is also great if you prefer to be at North Shore and there are food trucks, foodland, and beaches within walking distance. Great property!

Loved how open, clean, spacious, and equipped the house was. The location was perfect as it was close to excellent beaches (including Waimea Bay) and restaurants and shopping in Haleiwa. The private pool and gazebo was an additional treat where we spent time in the mornings and evenings swimming under the stars.

This can be a good place to stay you may have to over look...

This can be a good place to stay you may have to over look some of the issues this location has. THIS IS NOT A JW MARRIOTT don't expect it. Even pricey hotels aren't perfect. The beach is close and turtles do land on it in the evenings. The water is very shallow all the way out to the reef - probably good for beginners. This location is close to the Polynesian Cultural Center and is about the middle of all North Shore points of interest. We did not stay in the room much because we were away seeing the rest of the island during the day.

Great location when you want somewhere quieter to stay.

Great location when you want somewhere quieter to stay. We had already stayed in Waikiki & done lots of shopping. It was a nice relaxing end to our holiday. It’s not very close to food & shops, etc so it would be better to have a rental car to get around.

Loved the drive to North Shore.

Loved the drive to North Shore. Must stop at Ted's Bakery--more than a bakery--have the spicy, garlic mahi mahi--it will change your world. Spend an afternoon at Three Tables beach in the shade of the tropical almond trees. Go to Haleiwa for happy hour at Uncle Bo's and watch the sunset in the lovely park facing the harbor. Drive into Honolulu for the BEST malasadas at Leonard's--legendary.

Nice to stay where it is quieter with beautiful ocean scenes...

Nice to stay where it is quieter with beautiful ocean scenes along the Highway. The people were friendly and it is much less congested than Honolulu. The Polynesian Cultural Center is close as is Kualoa Ranch. You can drive to Honolulu in an hour and over to Waimea Falls in a reasonable time as well.
