I was scheduled to stay here 6/6-6/9 and due to numerous airline issues, I ended up extending my stay. While processing payment, it was accidentally double charged. The manager took extra time to coordinate with my bank and get the the funds released immediately, it was a process, but she went above & beyond to help me. During this fiasco, my flight home was canceled, so she extended my stay immediately and took time away from her work duties to make sure I was ok, and offered help in anyway her & her staff could! They were all extremely welcoming, made you feel like family, called guests by name, were always cleaning, kept the beverage bar well stocked all day, I'm sure they kept the coffee filled for me after my craziness! 🤣 Rooms were immaculate, spacious & beds were comfy! Breakfast was simple, but good and we'll stocked. Location was perfect and easily accessible from freeway! I will definitely be back - even if it's just to say hi to the girls! KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK TRU SHEPHERDSVILLE!!

I literally like that it is quiet it is clean their helpful in every manner unfortunately we had a horrible stay at Motel 6 off of Fern Valley Road and compared to that treatment and the customer service there is no comparison that Econo Lodge is way better than the updated Motel 6 they are the most helpful people I have ever dealt with

ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN SO THEY PUT US IN ANOTHER ROOM THAT TOILET WOULD NOT FLUSH AND THEN WENT TO TAKE A SHOWER AND THE FAUCET HANDLES WERE LAYING IN THE TUB. WAS NOT ABLE TO TAKE SHOWER BEFORE BUSINESS MEETING. WA LATER TOLD THAT THAY ROOM WAS NEVER TO HAVE BEEN USED BECAUSE IT WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION.
