I liked being on 3rd floor with an elevator

This is the only place one needs to stay in Toledo! The Kings Inn is an excellent, beautifully kept historic building that is extremely comfortable for guests to be able to relax and feel at home. Landon and partner extended such supremely wonderful hospitality to us and I can’t wait to return. We were also very happy and fortunate to have the opportunity to meet their wonderfully sweet puppers, Luna. The front porch is perfect for lounging on to enjoy the sunset and the backyard is great for relaxing in the afternoon sunshine. The Inn is walking distance to yummy local restaurants, the art museum, amazing historical buildings and much more.

My wife and I absolutely love Quality Inn ON ALEXIS! Very very clean rooms. The staff and housekeeping were very respectful and helpful. We usually get a hotel anywhere from 2/3 times a month just to get away. We absolutely will make Quality Inn our #1 go to hotel.

I'm rating this based on expectations of a hotel in this tier (under $100. I pd $65 thru Booking.com; HARD TO BEAT!) The most important factors to ME were: Value, NO TRACE OF BUGS, clean, comfy bed, NO cigarette or other funky smells. (Rm had a nice, clean, slight fragrance smell; NO cig/mar. or overpowering chemical smell.) Plenty of outlets & LIGHTING. I cannot imagine where some of the bad comments are coming from, their rms must be VASTLY different than mine. Rm 245 on a Thurs night, late Nov, it was very quiet & not super busy. No indication of ppl LIVING there, no loitering or shady activity. Everything I saw was in well-kept condition. Had a very nice-looking brkfst area & small bar/rest. Didnt get brkfst, but read good revws about it; Didn't use pool or exercise room. Room was nice size, very clean & well furnished. King bed was VERY comfy, (perfect bal. of softness & firmness w/ no sags. Sheets & blankets were clean & fresh, pillows were amazing (comfier than many very expensive places I've stayed!) Nice size desk & mini-fridge; Micro was quite small, but worked well; (+ most other common amenities.) Toilet, faucets & drains all worked well. Fairly new/modern "hardwood" floors were very clean, not sticky. No noticeable stains or funky smells anywhere. Heater/AC worked well. Hotel is in a busy area w lots of traffic/ businesses but is set back in off the rd a bit. Prkng area was quiet & peaceful. Felt like safe area. Inshiya at front desk was super sweet & helpful during chk-in (granted a little difficult to understand w/ strong accent, but very nice & attentive.) Requested a slightly later chkout time to do some work b4 leaving. Was told 12:30 was latest they could do. Very understandable & MORE HELPFUL than many places who refuse to extend at all. And, NO KNOCKS ON THE DOOR the entire time, wondering if still there.
