It was clean and quiet, despite being right in the center of town. The girl who checked us in was very polite and prompt and very informative, I think her name was Kristen?? She definitely made a great first impression for us when we arrived.

    This was my second stay at this hotel. My niece attends Alfred University, which is about 20 minutes away. This is the nicest hotel that is close to the school. I appreciate the front desk staff. They are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Very warm and gracious. I appreciate the breakfasts. It's a good start to a day, and is helpful because there aren't very many restaurant choices nearby. You can walk to a Wegman's Supermarket and Walmart, which is helpful during the stay.

    Breakfast was better than I've had in a lot of hotels. Little things like extras for your waffles was nice. It wasn't crowded & staff helpful.
