Cedar Glen Lodge, hotel in Incline Village

Cedar Glen Lodge in Tahoe Vista features 4-star accommodations with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace.

Staff is beyond friendly and helpful, and they go so incredibly out of their way to make you feel like family! Even providing s’mores ingredients at night for you to roast on the firepit. This was a cozy, quaint little location with everything we needed. It was pretty quiet too, for a location with multiple cabins right up next to each other.

Red Wolf Lakeside Lodge, hotel in Incline Village

Located on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, these rustic Tahoe Vista, California apartments offer fully equipped kitchens and a seasonally heated lakeside outdoor pool and hot tub.

The rooms were clean, having a small kitchen was very helpful, we didn't get to use it fully this trip but will next time. The shower had great pressure and was spacious. The decor was adorable and the fact that there was a private beach, pool, and hot tubs made it better.

This was a great location - probably cannot go wrong with any location to stay...as it's easy to access the entire lake. There is a grocery store nearby, golf course, and a beach access at Lake Tahoe withing a short drive.

Incline village is a mountain town and near Sand Harbor, tunnel hike and Kings Beach. All of the beaches in Incline village are private so you can't access lake at all in Incline village so you have to drive somewhere else. It doesn't feel like there are as many food options however you do have Raley's and Grocery Outlet. It is easy to get around Incline Village.

The place we stayed at was very nice, quiet, and spotless.

The place we stayed at was very nice, quiet, and spotless. Plenty of restaurants and grocery close by. One of our favorite place to visit is the Lone Eagle Grille on the water. The view is out of the world. This trip we had two appetizers that fed 3 adults and we were good all day. If you can find parking for longer than 15 minutes, then grab it because that was the most challenging for us. The trails along the lake are spectacular and we were able to enjoy them briefly but because of parking limit we had to leave far too soon. Next time we definitely need to hone in that parking situation. The view of the lake from Incline Village is truly a sneak peak into heaven. You have to see it and experience it for yourself.

We loved the views and the snow!

We loved the views and the snow! It snowed on Christmas day and it was like a winter wonderland. We had the skii resort right in our backyard. Heavenly skii resort is a great place to go. Lots to see and experience. Hot springs are good to visit and the gondola. Snow tubing if you have small children. There are a ton of parks to take kids to with hills for them to sled down. Ours had a blast.
