The room was spacious with two queen beds, good bedding and perfectly clean. The window blinds were enough to darken the room. The bathroom was also much larger than what I am used to traveling and towels were great! The included breakfast is a must although nothing fancy, you will find the usual orange/cranberry juice, coffee, tea, milk, cereals, eggs, sausages, fruits etc. The swimming pool area is also a great addition, it has a small hot tub there and a porch to take the sun as well. No soap or towels present there so bring your own. Staff was helpful with all questions. It's about 30min drive from west yellowstone.

Just recently stayed here, this place is amazing! Best hotel in the Yellowstone area for sure. They are brand new and I think we were some of the first guests to stay here. They were still doing some outside landscaping work, but our place was amazing. Definitely staying here again.

We accidentally double booked and didn’t realize it until the last minute. The staff was very understanding and cancelled our second booking without issue. So grateful! It was also very clean and a comfortable, cute little cabin with all the amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Really peaceful location and beautiful interior to the hostel itself. Bedroom was clean, there was TV/breakfast facilities and the information prior to arrival was both comprehensive and clear from Beth, the hostel's owner. Driving to the hostel itself was easy with these directions, and check-in was easily processed with the cards directed on arrival. The drive to Yellowstone is not too far, and the beds are comfy enough to get some rest after a long day.

    Pros: Spacious room, very clean, local wooden style, tasteful interior, bathroom is spacious, and towels are very soft, soaps smell nice. TV is nicely sized. Mattresses are heavenly soft, and sheets feel really good on the skin. The shower was great. The staff was friendly, and it's a great location if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle. Cons: For the price of an overnight, breakfast was disappointing; it was just average. I had to wipe down the table myself. As long as we were sitting there, nobody cleaned the breakfast tables. Orange juice was awfully watered down. Hubby said that the coffee didn't taste good. Choices weren't that great. It said ham at the buffet, but they didn't serve it. Best were the hashbrowns. It says "complementary breakfast." Let's be honest, it's always calculated in the overnight price, so guests do pay for it. Room: There was a constant noise coming from the wall throughout the night, as if there was an A/C unit on the other side of the wall. We were on the ground floor, and we heard every step from the guests above us. This took away from a good night rest.

    Island Park was a great choice to stay for our Yellowstone trip. We ate at The Parlor a couple times, they had very good pizza and ice cream, highly recommend the Huckleberry. The staff there was extremely friendly there too, with very generous servings. The views from the surrounding area was breathtaking.

    Beautfiul getaway in the mountains.

    Beautfiul getaway in the mountains. It is a mountain dream and a fisherman mecca. The Tetons can be seen in the distance on clear days. If you love water, exploring, ATV's, winter activities, summer activities, or the outdoors at all, you should definitely visit.

    This was my first stay in Island Park now that it has grown.

    This was my first stay in Island Park now that it has grown. We found our way around and enjoyed the friendliness of the people we interfaced with. The most adventurous thing we did was drive up to Sawtelle Peak. It was a beautiful day. I will share some pictures. There was a lot of smoke in the air though.

    A group of 5 stayed here while visiting Yellowstone. The house was the perfect size for us. The house was very clean and well stocked. We loved being able to sit outside on the porch each evening for a little while & enjoying the view of the mountains. The area is very remote but not too far from Yellowstone & a cute town outside of Yellowstone. Our trip included a visit of the museum in town which has a lot of history of Yellowstone. We enjoyed learning the history of the area & of Yellowstone Park. There is a local grocery store with a good choice of items & an excellent Mexican restaurant not too far away.

    The cabin is amazing, beautiful inside, with plenty of room for 9, clean, well organised, beautifully furnished. The location is very atmospheric, in the middle of the woods. It is about 30 min from the West entrance of Yellowstone, but it was worth being in a more secluded location, for sure. We wished we had had more time in the Yellowstone area just to enjoy the cabin and Island park more.

    Lovely hotel, clean, spacious with a huge TV that was on a TV bracket that allows you to watch clearly either on the sofa or bed. Sitting out at the fire pit in the evening was very relaxing, desk staff friendly and very helpful. Laundry was very good.
