Located in the center of Jackson, New Hampshire, The Wenthworth offers the 18-hole Wentworth PGA Golf Course, free parking and free Wi-Fi. The Wentworth is a throw back in time, great location. Clean and well maintained. Food and staff always excellent. Love spending time at end of day or night sitting on the Veranda. Been here 6 times and will return. Bill Pep
This Jackson hotel offers free Wi-Fi and cozy rooms that have cable TV. Wentworth Golf Club is half a mile away and Black Mountain Ski Resort is a 5 minute drive away. The most charming place I have stayed in years. The hospitality was amazing. The food in the restaurant was worth the stop.
Located in Jackson, this historic hotel features a full-service Aveda spa and New England style restaurant. We have stayed at CFI many times...and every time they have a exceeded our expectations. The staff is pleasant and well informed...from the front desk to the wait staff, everyone is friendly and accommodating. The beds are always comfortable and the rooms are very clean. We look forward to our next visit
Located on 165 acres of land on the border of White Mountain National Forest, this resort features hiking trails and a steam room. I loved the condo we stayed in. It had beautiful views and a spiral staircase, jacuzzi tub, balcony, washer and dryer, comfortable beds. The 3 pools (which were heated) and the hot tubs were so fun too after a full day at Santa's village! We will definitely stay again!
In the heart of the White Mountains, this Victorian bed and breakfast offers uniquely styled guest rooms, each with a private bathroom. Black Mountain Ski Resort is 3 miles away. Michelle is a joyous host! She welcomes you and has the inside scoop on where to eat, what to see, and the best hiking spots. Breakfast was made to order and scrumptious! The inn is charming, peaceful, and oh so comfy. A lovely stop on our travels from Maine to Vermont.

It was very difficult to find the office late at night on Xmas Eve. The road should be more lit up. We took 45 min to find office to get keys. We didn’t know restaurants are not associated with resort. We had an amazing time though. We made reservations at Wentworth Inn for early dinner, it was delicious a beautiful inn restaurant where we got dressed up and my boyfriend now fiancée proposed to me:) Night life and ubers are hard to find though. We loved the sleigh ride on nestle Brook farm, very romantic and breathtaking views!
Going through the red iconic bridge into and out of town is a nostalgic feeling. Jackson Falls are easily accessible right by the road. The Wildcat Tavern has great wait staff and outside dining with a guitarist singing every Friday night he said. It’s my favorite town in the White Mountains. Ellis Falls is a quick drive nearby and a quick walk in to see a breathtaking fall!
I loved Jackson. It is such a pretty little town. We really enjoyed all of the pumpkin displays. The town is spread out just enough to feel rural but still cohesive as a town. The views are beautiful. There are are many inns & B&Bs to choose from.
Pretty area, has a Gift shop (near Covered Bridge), a unique shop just a few steps away, there is a store that sells a variety of items; make the best sandwiches and has some seating area to enjoy them. (can't remember the store's name). The Red Fox Restaurant is a must!! Food is very tasty. They have people lined up at the door when they open at 4:00 p.m. It is a very Peaceful area for a relaxing stay.
There is lots to do in all directions from Jackson. We ran out of time to finish our bucket list. Waterfalls, covered bridges. Trains, trams, mountain views. Great locaction to reach everything you want to do in the White Mountains.
Good location - in the center of Jackson, close to Mount Washington and cross country skiing center. Food at Wildcat Tavern is very good - there is some French dishes in the menu. All decorated nicely and food is very tasty...
The place is historic , the hotel is family driven and there is a unique spirit to make you feel you are the best and exclusive guest. We had dinner in the restaurant , everything, the old fashioned first class area, the service was special and food was super, really excellent cooking ! If you are interested there is sort of exposition of the early years of the place as school of ski.
The 2 bedroom townhouse gave the perfect amount of space for a family of 5. Sure beat being stuck in a small hotel room for similar a rate. Room was clean and kitchen area was perfect. Kids loved it over our typical hotel stay. A/C worked out great during the hot days. And the washer and dryer made our lives easier with all the laundry from being active.
1. The woman working in the bar is the hotel's greatest asset. She is personable and efficient and makes everyone feel at ease. Plus she mixes excellent cocktails. 2. Bed was very comfortable. 3. Heating in room worked when we turned it up. (You can tell we are scraping the barrel here) 4. Food and wine was nice.
The room was very clean. My friend and I have been housekeepers in hotels and B & B's over the years and we enjoyed to calm cozy feeling of the place. Another factor we enjoyed was that the shower fe lmk t as though we were in a gentle rain shower. Beds were just right to relax and fall asleep. Thank you.
This is a ski chalet type hotel with rustic charm. It’s a little out of town so quiet and rural. It’s attached to a good pub/restaurant. The staff were very obliging.
Great location and super warm, friendly staff! The breakfast was delicious. I felt like I got the quintessential Jackson experience staying in this lovely, cozy inn.
THE EMPLOYEES THAT GREETED US WERE VERY NICE THE HOTEL NEEDED UPDATING AND THE BREAKFAST AREA WAS TOO SMALL THE BREAD PRODUCTS WERE STALE
Location was walking distance to beautiful Jackson Village.
