I liked the room once it was sanitary properly. It was comfortable 😌 and I also like the new house keeping lady with the short blonde hair. She was very pleasant ☺ to talk to as well as a good listener She has positive people skills and she cleaned and sanitary her rooms that she worked on. SHE DESERVES A RAISE AND SHE SHOULD BE THE MANAGER .Thank you miss lady for your services. I have managed and inspect hotels and restaurants. I know what should be done.

The staff were very nice, friendly & helpful! The room had a great set up. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Each bedroom had its own bath. The living room/kitchen area separated the bedrooms. The kitchen had coffee, creamer packets, tea, sugar, utensils, dishes & pans. The location was wonderful. Approx 10min drive to Marine base, lots of restaurants and shopping around the hotel. We found beds comfy, tvs in both rooms and the LR. Very clean!

the hotel floors were very dirty in the halls looked like they had not been vacuumed in weeks. the room and halls smelled like Marijuana. other guest were loud and disruptive at night when I called down to front desk no one answered so then I looked out the window and saw the guy who should have answered the phone out side smoking with the guest who have been ruoty all night. the website said breakfasst but there was no breakfast.

The staff got a 10. Dont know why its giving a sad face. They made sure our rooms were clean when we returned. The only problem was this annoying cant that kept crying and every time i would open my door he would try to come in my room. Overall this is a wonderful hotel. They would have gotten a 10 if it wasnt for the cat.

I made last minute reservation and drove 4hrs from Virginia. Pictures on websites is nothing in person. I paid $81 for the night and $150 deposit for what? This was very unsatisfing and disappointing. Paints coming off the walls. This reminds me of Motel 6..... Door edges were nasty. AC was the worse😡😡😡😡

I did like how close it was to base Cleanest place we have stayed at in Jacksonville ( my boyfriend is in the marine corps so we are up there at least ones a month to see him) I loved that the rooms had a kitchen area Good water pressure and plenty of hot water I would definitely stay there again

Friendly staff, rooms very big and comfortable. Very clean and organized. I honestly didn’t want to leave. I would definitely recommend staying here. It’s a no smoking hotel which is outstanding. You also have to wear masks. Very safe place to stay.

No breakfast due to Covid but hotel was near restaurants within walking distance . Second time staying here! Love that it is pet friendly !!! And was not to far from the beach

This place was very quiet and clean. The staff was very professional and helpful. The next time I visit Jacksonville this hotel will be my number one choice.

The room was nice, no problem there at all. Nice bag breakfast & coffee to. If I go back to Jacksonville NC I'll stay again. Thnx

The kindness of the owner, always super helpful when we needed something. The location of the hotel, right next door of Walmart or any other store we could need. No need for a car to buy groceries! The cleanliness of the bathroom and kitchen. The calm.
