I was expecting a rural area of town with just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. What I didnt expect is beach right at my doorstep. Every morning I would have my coffee and run to the ocean for a quick dive and after that I would make myself breakfast in the kitchen with best view possible. Since its a self check in, I didnt get a chance to meet with the employers from the frontdesk but on a brief conversation that we had over the phone they are really nice and happy to help with anything. The room we greeted was spotless, with full stack kitchen, extra towels for shower ( plus beach towels! ), equipped with everything you possibly need: beach chairs, sun umbrellas, brooms, iron, even laundry baskets with capsules and laundry room in the building! A fan in the living room and in the bedroom can be speed modified which was a bonus. I could not recommend this place more, its definition is a 1000/10.

Location had great access to the beach and whale center. Very nice private pool and hot tub. We really appreciated the beach towels, sand chairs, snorkel equipment, beach umbrella, 24 qt cooler with freeze packs.

We had a great week vacation here. Location is ideal in Kihei, few minutes walk from the beach, supermarket right around the corner, parking right by the unit and easy access to restaurants. There's AC and fans in all the rooms (we barely used the AC). We could easily set up our switch and Chromecast on the TV for streaming. Hosts left plenty of bath and beach towels, and equipment such as a cooler, beach chairs and beach umbrella. We read complaints of bugs for other properties online, but we saw none here. Everything was very clean. Hosts were very responsive to texts. Highly recommend!

The location was very good and safe. It was close to all the main spots we wanted to go to (beaches, bars, food spots, road to Hana, luaus, etc. ) and was near plenty of beaches. The process for getting the parking permit was very easy and quick. The trash chute was close by so it was very convenient that we didn’t have to walk all the day down to take out the trash. The actual inside of the property was very nice and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped with the items we needed and we loved that there was also beach items (towels, chairs, and a cooler) available to be used. Loved the greenery and the vibes of the property it was very nice! There was an issue with the AC leaking into a different unit which we were made aware of during our stay but the hosts were very communicative of when they will be coming to check it out and they were lovely. They had great conversation and provided us with good recommendations on things to do/ places to go! Overall, we really loved our stay.

I loved the easy access to the unit, all paperwork was filled prior to arriving so no hassles with the front desk, resort fees or deposits! Just a door code to enter. The grounds are kept very well. This place was very clean and quiet!
